APPROACH
The challenges our clients seek to address are often similar, but the solutions to them differ because each family’s story is a unique fabric woven from equally unique events, people, expectations, and contexts.
Empathy, not just technical competence, is thus required to develop bespoke solutions along with the ability to listen and respect the culture of each family.
Three guidelines inspire us in our work: rigour, impact, and pragmatism.

When we are approached by new clients, our first step is to develop a clear understanding of the mandate. This is followed by a diagnostic phase to identify the key issues which leads to the formulation of recommendations. If these are agreed upon by the client, we then begin implementation to assist our clients in turning their commitments and intentions into tangible outcomes.
When the assignment demands the use of the Process Consulting approach to tackle the issues, we strive to design a process that is transparent, visibly fair, and inclusive. The intention is to mobilise positive energy, thereby empowering individuals to embrace change and foster family unity and business health.
Whenever feasible and appropriate, we apply agile principles in our work.
